The device will not be available if GPS coordinates are missing. Once you update the coordinates using the Ontoto Web Portal or Ontoto Connect App, the device will appear.

If you require a new user, please email the user’s full name, email, role, and the names of the groups you want to assign to techsupport@onoto.com. After creating the user in our system, we will forward the user details to the respective person.
